Discover the many health benefits and reasons to add bananas into your diet.....,

I remember how happy I was as a child when my mom brought bananas, pineapples oranges and other tropical fruits that were in rather short supply back then. Nowadays, with all this diversity and easy access to fruits, we take them for granted and unfortunately, don’t even tap into the immense potential of modern markets. I also remember back then that my wonderful brother loves bananas so much. In fact bananas was and has always been  the only fruits he always want to eat among all fruits out mom buys. I could remember one day when came home and she said hey kids hold on ........,and what did she do she remove the bundles of bananas which she has brought separate and said its for my brother, we the rest of the children then ask her why...?Her reply was this... that my brother heard made a complain to her that she knows (mom) that he doesn't like other fruits that she always buys except for bananas so, he asked her to please always allow him to have the bananas each time and guess what.. she did allow him to always have them each time.

Take the banana for instance, a fruit that we can buy in large supplies, tastes great and is inexpensive. Plenty of studies have been made regarding its beneficial effect on the body, but when you have all the facts right under your nose, it is virtually impossible to look away.

Few fruits are as effective in replenishing out depleted energy levels as bananas and even less can help in overcoming depression easily. Bananas are also rich in iron and they help in increasing the production of hemoglobin, so those who suffer from anemia should ingest large quantities.
Bananas enhance brain functions and reduce the blood pressure, therefore decreasing the risk of strokes and few know that these fruits are also a great cure for hangovers. Last but not least, I’d suggest a diet rich in bananas for those suffering from constipation, PMS and morning sickness, instead of drugs.

Letter From God To Women... A must read!!!

When I created the heavens and the earth, I spoke them into being. When I created man, I formed him and breathed life into his nostrils. But you woman, I fashioned after I breathed the breath of life into man because your nostrils are too delicate. I allowed a deep sleep to come over him so I could patiently and perfectly fashion you.  continue to read ........

Courage is a Weapon...

Courage is the ability to control fear when one is in danger, pain, or in any unpleasant and  difficult situation. Lets have it in mind that the courage to succeed in life is more expensive than diamond while the courage for one to fail is very cheap. Every fool can afford to fail in life but the biggest weapon you can have as an individual is to be courageous no matter what...do we know why? Its because courage is a weapon that can be use to kill the spirit of fear and doubt in a bid to conquer failure.Lets have in mind that without courage all other virtues are meaningless.
